Joseph Semah and Linda Bouws created Amsterdam of Above - Amsterdam of Below, a site-specific art work to celebrate Felix Meritis 225th anniversary and 400 years Canals in Amsterdam. Only from the Observatory of Felix (the area where 4 optical telescopes were installed) blue neon lit citations are visible on remarkable buildings all over the city.
